How do I track an order?
All orders shipped by UPS are trackable. If you provide your email address when you place your order you will receive your UPS Tracking Number once your order has been shipped. If you forgot to enter your email address during checkout then email admin@jjdog.com and we will send you your tracking information. All USPS domestic orders will receive a tracking number via email as long as an email address was provided. For USPS international orders please email admin@jjdog.com for your tracking number.
How do I place an order?
To place an online order at J and J Dog Supplies, please follow these simple directions.
  • Navigate to the desired item(s) you wish to purchase.
  • Click the 'Add To Basket' button located beside the desired product. To view the items you have added to your cart click on the 'Basket' button in the top-right corner of the website.
  • When you are finished shopping click on the 'Checkout' button in the upper right corner side of the website.
  • If you are a first time customer you may create a Login name and password by clicking on the 'Create New Account' link. This will simplify the checkout process the next time you place an order. Choose a Login name that you will remember. Make sure your password is something that would be difficult for someone else to guess. (the only information saved is your address information) Enter your shipping and billing information and click 'Continue'. For returning customers just enter your Login name and password and you will be taken to the shipping and billing page. Your shipping and billing information will already be filled out for you.
  • Fill out the Shipping and Billing information. If the shipping and Billing information is the same then you can leave the "Bill To" fields blank and click "Continue".
  • Make sure the items in your basket are correct. Choose a Shipping option and credit card. Click "Continue".
  • Enter your Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, and CVV2 number. (CVV2 is the 3 digit code on the back of your credit card) Click "Continue" to process your order.
  • An invoice will be sent to the email address you provided in the "Ship To" email address field.
  • Once your order is shipped and the information is uploaded into UPS or USPS's system you will receive a tracking number via email. (after 5pm CST)
  • To mail in your order please click here to print off our Mail Order Form.
How do I delete an item?
To delete unwanted items from your shopping basket please do the following.
  • Click on the blue link called 'Basket' which is located at the top-right corner of the website.
  • Click the "Remove" button to delete the item(s)
How do I view the shipping costs for an order?
To view the shipping costs for an order please do the following.
  • Place the desired items into your shopping basket.
  • Click on the 'Basket' button that is located at the top-right corner of the website.
  • Click the 'Calculate Shipping' link located inside the grey box at the bottom of the page.
  • Select your state from the pull-down menu, type your zip code and click 'Update'.
  • A list of UPS and USPS shipping methods and prices will be listed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for online and phone orders. We accept Paypal for online orders only. You may fax your order with credit card information to (309) 344-3522, or you may mail your order with a money order or personal check.
