The Poop Patrol dispenser has a secure adjustable strap that will fit on any leash. The dispenser has a safety reflector on both sides for added visibility when walking at night. EZ pull dispensing release one bag at a time. Refill bags are available in packages of 3 or 6. The dispenser comes with two rolls of bags. The dispenser is 4.5"L x 2"W x 8"H and the bags are 4"L x 1.5"W x 5.5"H. 15 bags per rolls.
