Ordering Information
Browse the web site. When you find an item you would like to purchase, specify the quantity of that item and click the "Add to Cart" button next to it. On many pages, you will find two prices per product. The lower price is the wholesale price which is available when buying in larger quantities. The price per item is listed directly below each individual product.
As an alternative to buying using the web site, you can call us, toll-free, at 1-800-642-2050, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Central Standard Time. We can also be reached at (309) 344-2950.
You may fax your order, 24 hours a day, to (309) 344-3522.
We reserve the right to revise incorrect prices or shipping charges due to typographical errors. We will not increase the charges on your order without first contacting you.
Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Illinois residents will be charged 7.50% sales tax.
Gift Certificates can not be used online, please call, fax, or mail your order in.
Shipping and Handling
Basic Shipping Rates are calculated based on the order total. Please use the table below for standard shipping/handling charges based on your merchandise total, for shipments within the 48 contiguous states, including APO/FPO.

$75.01 - $100.00 $9.99
$100.01 - $150.00 $11.99
Over $150.01 $14.99
Standard shipping/handling charges apply only to ground shipments withing the 48 continental U.S. and APO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping rates do not apply to large or special items indicating, "exact shipping applies". Customer pays exact shipping charges on large/special items. We ship via UPS wherever possible; they are fast and reliable. Parcel Post shipment available at your request.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Exact UPS shipping charges
Canada: Payment by cashier's check, money order, VISA, MasterCard or Discover only. No personal checks orC.O.D shipments. Cutomer pays exact shipping charges. Payment must be in U.S. Funds.
Overseas Orders: Fax or e-mail a copy of your proposed order and we will calculate shipping charges. We will then fax or e-mail that information to you prior to your placing a confirmed order. Payment in U. S. Funds by cashier¹s check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or direct bank wire transfer.
Wholesale Policies and Prices
Anyone may order at our wholesale prices, provided you order at least the minimum wholesale quantity listed for the item. Any items you order in quantities smaller than the minimum, must be priced at retail (even though other items on the same order are priced at wholesale).
Minimum quantities are the default number listed next to the wholesale price within the web site. These prices are for online ONLY. If you call, wholesale pricing per our catalog will be used.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns unless the item(s) are damaged or defective upon arival. Items showing cuts or tooth marks will not be replaced. No returns or refunds on videotapes or audiotapes. Defective videotapes or audiotapes will only be replaced with a new tape of the same title.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with merchandise you receive from us, simply return the merchandise in new condition and request exchange or refund – no need to contact us for a return authorization. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns unless the item(s) are damaged or defective upon arival. Please do not pack your return using newsprint. Items showing cuts or tooth marks will not be replaced. Due to the nature of the product, no returns or refunds on video or audio tapes. Defective tapes will only be replaced with a new tape of the same title.
Include a note with your name, address, phone number, order number and reason for return, along with your instructions about your choice of exchange or refund.
