Our Quick Ship Pledge to you is that items featuring this logo will ship within 72 hours of order receipt or the item(s) FREE! We know having your products for training classes, shows and trials is very important and we want to be the supplier you can trust to deliver. However we do have certain restrictions to our Quick Ship Pledge:

1. Quick Ship Pledge is only available to items featuring the Quick Ship Pledge logo and are subject to change without notice; our web site will be the most up to date and final authority with regard to items available for the program
2. Applicable to CONUS orders only
3. Orders of 100 units or less – this includes multiple orders placed the same week for the same customer
4. Wholesale, Partner, Distributor and Special Pricing orders are excluded
5. Orders requiring “Ship Complete” status with items not included in the Quick Ship Pledge are excluded
6. Orders utilizing schedule pick-ups, third party shippers, LTL or any method outside of standard J&J Dog Supplies shipping methods do not qualify
7. Any items deemed to have missed the 72 hour shipping window will be credited as a J&J Dog Supplies Gift Certificate to be used for future orders. Any credits would be at J&J Dog Supplies sole discretion and would only apply to the Quick Ship Pledge item(s) on the order – not the complete order
8. The term shipped means the item has been assigned a tracking number and is in the possession of a shipping carrier – i.e. UPS, USPS, etc.
9. Extraordinary events including Acts of God/Nature such as natural disasters, weather prohibitions and/or man-made events such as fire, water damage or other event that causes undue burden to the business will enact immediate suspension of our Quick Ship Pledge program with or without notice or update to our web site
10. Any and all liability of this program will be limited to the retail value of item(s) ordered and not shipped with 72 hours as defined above
