Returns |
| If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with merchandise you receive from us, simply return the merchandise in new condition and request exchange or refund – no need to contact us for a return authorization. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns unless the item(s) are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please do not pack your return using newsprint. Items showing cuts or tooth marks will not be replaced. Due to the nature of the product, no returns or refunds on video or audio tapes. Defective tapes will only be replaced with a new tape of the same title. |
