We also offer exclusive savings at industry events, through non-profits, or through industry professionals via our Partner Program.

Discounts, Savings, & Promotional Details
J&J Dog Supplies reserves the right to refuse any promotion or pricing that is a clear error, where sale price goes below our fully loaded cost.

At no time can multiple promotion codes be combined within one order.

J&J Dog Supplies may advertise different promotions in different marketing channels (i.e. web search, portal shopping sites, etc.). These offers cannot be combined with other offers you might see advertised elsewhere.

Coupon Codes redeemed through the Best Friends Club may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

The purchase of J&J Dog Supplies Gift Certificates do not qualify for any discount.

Volume Pricing products have a built in discount, and are excluded from receiving any additional savings.

Partner Program members receive a Discount Code as a member of the program, and may not apply additional Coupon Codes on top of discount associated to Partner Program account.

Wholesale customer accounts are created with a built-in discount for all purchases, which excludes them from participating in the Best Friends Club.

Promotional shipping offers are limited to J&J Dog Supplies standard ground shipping to a single address within the Continental US and exclude oversized items. An additional cost will be applied to expedited orders and surcharges for shipment to AK and HI.

J&J Dog Supplies promotions are not valid on previous, future, or contract pricing orders.

All discounts and / or promotional offers will be reflected on the Order Review page.

J&J Dog Supplies Coupon Codes and / or promotional offers may not be valid for items that have special shipping rates (i.e. Large Kennels, Competition Equipment, and other oversized or custom orders).

"Percent off" promotions exclude products from 5.11 Tactical, Garmin, RuffWear, Oakley, Under Armour and potentially other vendors that have MAP pricing restrictions.

J&J Dog Supplies has the right, at any time, to prohibit the use of any Coupon Code not directly issued by J&J Dog Supplies. This includes Coupon Codes once valid from partners, vendors, events, affiliates, etc.

Brands
Due to manufacturer’s restrictions, certain brands are excluded from J&J Dog Supplies rewards, promotions and discounts. The manufacturer may run a promotion on their product(s) that we may or may not participate in. These brands include, but are not limited to, Dogtra, Garmin, 5.11 Tactical, DogPacer, Propper, Oakley, Ruffwear, Tommie Copper and Under Armour.
Wholesale Customers
Wholesale customers are currently NOT allowed to take advantage of the Best Friends Club benefits. We do not allow any combination of discounting. This pertains to coupon codes, volume pricing, clearance product, and/or promotions. Since wholesale customers already have a built-in discount, no additional promotion can be applied. cannot use coupon codes for additional savings. All wholesale customers must identify and meet all requirements of the sale, promotion or discount – timing, payment method, shipping, etc.
International Customers
International customers are allowed to take advantage of clearance sales, product promotions, Coupon Codes, and the Best Friends Club. However, offers cannot be combined for multiple savings. Shipping rewards are not advised, as international shipping fees are not covered by the “Free Shipping” reward. See the International Customers page for more details.
Best Friends Club Rewards
Our Best Friends Club "% OFF" reward options cannot be combined with other rewards, promotional offers, or Coupon Codes within the same order. The discount amount (10%, 15%, or 20%) will be applied to any products on the order that qualify for discounting. Clearance items, Volume Pricing, and restricted brands will not be discounted. Oversized Shipping Charges
Our Best Friends Club shipping reward only covers standard shipping fees. This reward does not apply to international orders or orders that contain product(s) with oversized shipping fees. See our Shipping Information page for more details.
Returns
Customers will be reimbursed the amount paid, after any discount or promotional pricing was applied. J&J Dog Supplies has the right to remove any/all Pup Points earned for a purchase that is subsequently returned, and may or may not re-activate any discount or promotional code used to make the original purchase.
