Using Ruffwear's Swamp Cooler™ Technology, this vest harnesses the natural cooling power of evaporation to help dissipate body heat when temperatures rise. Simply soak the vest in water, wring out any excess, and put it on your dog for cooling relief that lasts throughout hikes, training sessions, sporting events, and outdoor excursions.

Built for maximum cooling coverage, the vest-style design shades more of your dog's body while a three-layer construction stores water, reflects solar radiation, and promotes evaporation. The light-colored outer fabric helps reflect heat, while the mesh lining keeps dogs comfortable against the skin. Side-release buckles make the vest easy to put on and remove, and a convenient leash portal allows it to be worn comfortably over most harnesses. When the vest begins to dry, simply re-soak it to reactivate the cooling effect.
