"Although she looks like a whippet, and is registered as one, Charli is sure she’s just a short coated skinny springer, like the rest of the
Muddy Paws Pack.
While I’ve been an English Springer breeder, owner, and trainer, Charli is my first whippet. For some reason, her breeder gave me the springer marked pup. Maybe because I’ve titled her aunt and father?
Anyhow, Charli saw her floofy family retrieving a
fun toy, and decided she wanted to as well. So, she stole her brother’s. Turns out, she is more fun to watch boing out to the dumbbell and boing back to a front than anyone would’ve expected. Her dumbbell fits quite a bit better.
Charli has her
Rally Novice, Barn Hunt and Scentwork titles, and races with her co owner. I’m looking forward to trialing with her in obedience, and getting into Open with her J&J Dumbbell. No, I don’t just mean me."
Their Gear: "I have Practijumps from J&J Dog Supplies, but lately, with Charli, we've been working a lot with the J&J Plastic Molded Dumbbell."
